Our technical evaluation committee finished their review of all the 1,179 applications that were submitted. After that very first review, the amount of applications that made it to the main review stage was 370.
The main purpose of the committee was to filter out those applications, that do not follow the guidelines or failed to meet the requirements of the program.
At the end of this initial screening process the number of valid applications is 370. They include a cover-page with all the requested info, four-page summary proposal, budget and the CVs of the project's key personnel.
All these 370 Project Proposals have been sent to a jury, that consists of three members. One of them is expert on the project region, the second one is expert on the type of the project, and the third one is included for the best evaluation.
As soon as the applications are reviewed by the jury, the top 40 applicants will be asked to submit their full proposals and we will make the relevant announcements on the website as well as Peace Projects' social media accounts.
Which hurts the most, saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing and wishing you had?
